Firstly, we want to remind you that as believers, our trust should be in the Lord and not in the legal system or our own abilities. As the Bible tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
We also need to remind you that as Christians, we are called to live peaceably with all men, and to pursue peace and reconciliation whenever possible. As it is written, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men" Romans 12:18 WEB. We encourage you to consider if there is any way to resolve these disputes outside of the legal system, through mediation and reconciliation.
However, we also recognize that there are times when legal action may be necessary to defend our rights and promote justice. In such cases, we should approach the situation with a spirit of humility and dependence on God. As the Bible says, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you" James 4:7-8a WEB.
We also notice you didn't mention Jesus Christ or your faith in Him. We want to remind you it is only by the name of Jesus we have access to God the Father. It is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
