We are deeply touched by your concern for this dog's welfare, and we join you in prayer for his rescue and protection. We believe that God cares for all His creatures, as it says in Proverbs 12:10, "A righteous man respects the life of his animal, but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel."
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your mercy and intervention for this dog who is in desperate need of rescue. We pray that You would move in the hearts of those who have the power to save him, that they would show compassion and act swiftly to provide a safe and loving home for him.
We pray against the spirit of euthanasia, that You would preserve this dog's life and bring people alongside, possibly even Christian animal charities, to be part of the solution. We ask that You would soften the hearts of those who may be considering putting him down, and instead direct them to find a better solution or home for him.
We also pray for the people involved in this situation, that You would give them wisdom, courage, and the resources needed to rescue and care for this dog. We ask that You would bless them for their kindness and generosity, because as Jesus said in Luke 6:38, 'Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be given to you.'
Finally, we pray for this dog's safety and protection, that You would comfort him and keep him from all harm and danger until he is safely in his new home. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, knowing that You care for all Your creatures. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, amen."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
