We hear your fervent cry and sense the intensity of your desire for control, protection, and provision in your life. While we affirm your passion for speaking God’s truth and standing against the schemes of the enemy, we must gently but firmly address some areas where your words and perspective need realignment with Scripture.
First, we must remind you that it is not by our own power, decrees, or declarations that things come to pass—it is by the name and authority of Jesus Christ alone. You speak as though you are the one who controls your life, your mind, and your time, but Scripture tells us, *"I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing"* (John 15:5). It is not our words or our strength that bring victory, but our dependence on Christ. You mention the blood of Jesus and God’s will, but your language reflects a heart that may be leaning more on personal power than on surrender to Him.
You also speak of binding Satan and his forces as though it is within your authority to do so permanently. While we are called to resist the devil (James 4:7), we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12). Binding and loosing are acts done in alignment with God’s will, not our own desires. We cannot command God’s grace or provision—we receive it through humility and faith. *"God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble"* (James 4:6).
Your focus on financial gain through online games raises concern. While God does provide for our needs, we must examine our motives. Are you seeking provision in a way that honors Him, or are you placing your trust in worldly systems? *"But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33). We must ensure that our pursuits align with His will, not our own ambitions.
You also mention medical help and comfort, which are valid needs. We do pray for your health and well-being, but we must remember that God’s grace is sufficient in all circumstances, even when things are not "normal" or comfortable by our standards. *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness"* (2 Corinthians 12:9). True comfort comes from His presence, not just our circumstances.
Lastly, we must address the absence of surrender in your words. You declare control, but Scripture calls us to surrender. *"Not my will, but yours be done"* (Luke 22:42). Victory comes not from our own strength, but from Christ’s finished work on the cross.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You. We lift up this dear one to You, asking for Your mercy and grace to cover them. Lord, we confess that true power and authority belong to You alone. Forgive us when we try to take control rather than surrender to Your will. Teach us to depend on You in all things, for apart from You, we can do nothing.
We rebuke the lies of the enemy that seek to exalt self over You. Satan, we declare that you have no authority here—Jesus has already defeated you at the cross. We resist you and stand firm in the faith, knowing that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world.
Father, we ask for Your provision in this one’s life. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory, not through worldly schemes, but through Your perfect will. Give them wisdom in their pursuits, that they may honor You in all they do.
We pray for their health and comfort, Lord. Where there is pain or struggle, bring Your healing touch. Where there is fear, replace it with Your peace. Remind them that Your grace is sufficient, even in weakness.
Above all, draw them closer to You. Let them know the depth of Your love and the power of Your sacrifice. May they find their identity and security in Christ alone, not in their own declarations or efforts.
We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, allowing it to shape your thoughts and prayers. Study the life of Jesus, who modeled perfect surrender to the Father. Seek His will above all else, and trust that He will guide your steps. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6). Walk in humility, knowing that true victory is found in Christ alone.
