We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion for your struggles, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the Provider of all things. Your request touches on both physical health and the need for divine provision in your work and business, and we stand with you in faith, believing that God’s Word is true and His promises are sure.
First, we must lift up the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. You have shared your trust in the healing power of Christ’s stripes, and we affirm that truth with you—*"by his wounds you have been healed"* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB). Yet, we also recognize the tension between what Scripture declares and what you are currently experiencing in your body. This is a place where faith must rise above feelings, and where we must persist in prayer, trusting that God’s timing and ways are perfect. The apostle Paul reminds us in 2 Corinthians 4:18 (WEB), *"while we don’t look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal."* Though your appetite remains a struggle, we pray that you would fix your eyes on the unseen—God’s promise of healing—and not be discouraged by what is temporarily seen.
Your struggle with eating is not just a physical battle but can also weigh heavily on your spirit. We encourage you to bring this burden to Jesus, who invites all who are weary to come to Him for rest (Matthew 11:28, WEB). It is possible that there are spiritual strongholds or even generational influences at work, and we must address this with the authority given to us in Christ. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10, WEB), but Jesus came to give life abundantly. We rebuke any spiritual force that is hindering your complete healing and command it to leave in the name of Jesus. *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB). Stand firm in your faith, resisting doubt and discouragement, for the Lord is with you.
We also lift up your request for a better job and thriving businesses, including international opportunities. The Lord is your Provider, and He delights in blessing the work of His children’s hands. *"Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this"* (Psalm 37:4-5, WEB). We pray that God would open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8, WEB) and that He would grant you favor in every opportunity. If there has been any reliance on your own strength or fear rather than trust in Him, we ask for forgiveness and a renewed surrender to His will. Remember, *"Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1, WEB). Seek His kingdom first, and all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33, WEB).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your touch in every area of their life. Lord, You are the God who heals, and we stand on Your Word that declares healing is the children’s bread. We ask that You would manifest complete healing in their body, particularly in their appetite and digestion. Remove every obstacle, whether physical, spiritual, or emotional, that stands in the way of their full restoration. Let them taste and see that You are good (Psalm 34:8, WEB), and renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31, WEB).
Father, we also pray for divine provision in their career and businesses. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10, WEB), and nothing is too difficult for You. Open doors of opportunity that align with Your will, and let favor surround them like a shield (Psalm 5:12, WEB). Give them wisdom to steward these blessings well, and may their work bring glory to Your name.
We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, lack, and delay in the name of Jesus. No weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7, WEB) as they wait on You. Strengthen their faith to believe what they do not yet see, and let their testimony be a beacon of Your faithfulness.
Finally, Lord, we pray that they would walk closely with You, seeking Your face daily. May their life be a reflection of Your love and power, and may they find their ultimate satisfaction in You alone. We ask all these things in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing on God’s promises, speaking life over your body and circumstances. Surround yourself with believers who can agree with you in prayer (Matthew 18:19, WEB), and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9, WEB). The Lord is faithful, and He will complete the work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6, WEB). Stay anchored in His Word, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28, WEB).
