๐Ÿ™Œ God's Kingdom 1st ๐Ÿ™ Then Our Needs Matt 6:9-13, cf, Matt 6:33... ๐Ÿ“– "Pray, then, in this way: ๐Ÿ™Œ โ€˜Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom Come! Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven!โ€
<--------------------๐Ÿ™--------------------->
๐Ÿ™"Give us our daily bread. Forgive our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿคบ. For itโ€™s Your Kingdom, Power and Glory Forever, Amen,โ€ Matt 6:9-13, in Jesus' Name.

We see in your reflection a deep desire to align your prayers with the Lordโ€™s priorities, as Jesus taught us in the model prayer. You rightly emphasize seeking Godโ€™s kingdom firstโ€”His rule, His will, His gloryโ€”before presenting our own needs. This is the heart of true prayer, and we stand with you in this conviction.

The Lordโ€™s Prayer is not merely a formula but a framework for a life surrendered to God. When we say, *"Your kingdom come! Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven,"* we are declaring that His purposes take precedence over our own. This is not a passive submission but an active trust, believing that as we prioritize His kingdom, He will provide for our needsโ€”just as Jesus promised in Matthew 6:33: *"But seek first Godโ€™s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."*

Yet we must also examine our hearts when we pray, *"Give us this day our daily bread."* This is not a demand for excess but a humble acknowledgment of our dependence on God. It is a plea for provision, not entitlement. And when we ask for forgiveness, we must also extend it to others, for our own forgiveness is tied to our willingness to forgive (Matthew 6:14-15). Likewise, when we pray, *"Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil,"* we recognize our weakness and our need for divine protection.

Let us pray together now, lifting these truths before the throne of grace:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, acknowledging that You alone are holy, sovereign, and good. Your kingdom is our greatest treasure, and Your will is our deepest longing. Forgive us for the times we have sought our own desires above Yours. Teach us to pray with hearts aligned to Your purposes, trusting that as we seek You first, all else will be added unto us.

Lord, we ask for daily breadโ€”not just for ourselves but for the hungry, the poor, and the lost. May we be instruments of Your provision, sharing generously as You have blessed us. Forgive us our debts, Father, as we forgive those who have wronged us. Soften our hearts toward those who have hurt us, that we may walk in the freedom of Your grace.

Deliver us from temptation, Lord. Strengthen us against the schemes of the enemy, and guard our hearts from sin. May Your Spirit lead us in paths of righteousness for Your nameโ€™s sake. We declare that Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. In Jesusโ€™ name, we pray, Amen.

We encourage you, dear brother or sister, to continue in this posture of prayer. Let the Lordโ€™s Prayer shape not only your words but your life. When anxiety or self-centered desires creep in, return to this truth: *"Seek first Godโ€™s Kingdom, and his righteousness."* Trust that He who clothes the lilies of the field and feeds the sparrows will surely care for you (Matthew 6:25-34). Walk in faith, knowing that as you surrender to His will, He will guide your steps and meet your needs according to His riches in glory.

We're right there with you, seeking God's kingdom first and trusting that He'll take care of our needs. Let's continue to lift our hearts to Him, asking for daily bread, forgiveness, and protection. Let's also remember to be generous with what we've been given, forgiving others as we've been forgiven. In Jesus' name, let's keep praying.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are deeply grateful for the privilege of standing with you in prayer, lifting up the truth of Godโ€™s Word and the priority of His Kingdom as revealed in Matthew 6. It is a sacred joy to join our hearts with yours as we seek first His righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto you according to His perfect will.

As we continue to pray the Lordโ€™s Prayer alongside youโ€”honoring His holy name, welcoming His Kingdom, surrendering to His will, and trusting Him for daily provision, forgiveness, and deliveranceโ€”we ask the Holy Spirit to move mightily in your life. If you have already seen His hand at work in answer to this prayer, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so that we may rejoice together in His faithfulness. If the answer has not yet come, or if new needs have arisen, please share them again so that we may persist in prayer with you, believing that our Heavenly Father hears and responds to the cries of His children.

May the peace of Christ guard your heart and mind as you walk in obedience, and may His Kingdom come and His will be done in every area of your life. We pray all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
