Vet Needs Prayer

Dear Sir or Mam,

My name is Jason I am an army vet dealing with ptsd an other mental and phyical problems. I have been taking meds from the VA for a couple of years now and still have not found relief. I have guilt for things I have done and things I did not do in Iraq. I think I have lost my faith, and I am scared I will never regain it. I get so angry at life sometimes I dont know what to do. Please give a prayer for me to find my faith and go down a path choosen by God and not myself. I know the path I tend to choose is a dead end. Please help me be the man God wants me to be.

Jesus often went off to a place where He could be alone with His Father to pray. God wants each one of us to spend some time alone with Him in prayer. He deserves a time when we aren't rushed or interrupted by other things, and time when He has our undivided attention. Make time to honor Him, to thank Him, to talk to Him, to express concerns and make requests in privacy. Then take time to listen to His response. He loves you very much, and He wants to tell you so.

Heavenly Father, I pray for Jason that you pick him up and wrap your loving arms around about him and let him know without a doubt that he can rest in your protective loving arms for you understand every single tears that have rolled down upon his face and every pain he has or will feel!! I pray that Jason will allow you dear Jesus to wipe away those tears from his face and take every single pain he has felt or ever will feel away!! Father hear the prayer i bessech you of your earthly son Jason .Father place persons in his way , lead him to passages of scripture that he may continue to serve you .Father forgive him for all that is past ,Father forgive him of his sins ,do not lay them to his charge instead lead him to that fountain that spouts water that leads to eternal life .Lord that fountain is Jesus your son . Dear God....Jehovah Shammah...The Lord who is present...draw near to Jason I pray. First, I would pray that he feels the gratitude we have for all he has done for us in his service to this country. It is not an easy road, and I thank You that he has traveled it with honor for my benefit, and the benefit of so many others. I pray that You would fill him with an abiding peace and tranquility of spirit. Help him to let the past go and concentrate of his future in You. We can steal our lives away with regrets and worry...keep him from this unproductive place. Please renew him with Your great mercy each morning; fill him with a sense of Your spirit and leading. Surround him with mentors and friends to guide his way. His faith is not gone, it just needs to be harvested once more. Let us plant the seeds of encouragement by continuing to pray for him, for seeking Your intercession and blessings upon his life. Open him to literature, music, visions and more to remind him of Your constant presence. We pray for Jason's renewal of faith and life of blessings in the precious name of Jesus. How could I not support such a worthy request. I've never been a fan of war, but I will gladly pray for you and your current situation. I realize that normal problems get blown out of proportion with PTSD. I want you to feel better and enjoy your life. I will be ardently petitioning Jesus on your behalf and I ask that you think about something: Have you considered looking into work with churches? That might buoy your faith and get you on a better path. Be well, my friend!

Oh Heavenly Father,

Please minister to jwelsh. Help him to feast on Truth in Your Word. To know if he has asked forgiveness from You and believed on Your Son, Jesus Christ for his salvation, every sin is forgiven, done deal. The cross took care of it. Help him to know the lies the enemy tells him about not being forgiven are just that, LIES! Give jwelsh understanding and revelation as he reads the Bible. Let the words speak to him personally, soothe the hurting heart, clear all confusion, restore peace on a level he's never known before. Oh God, all this is more than possible because it says so in Your Word and You never lie! Lift jwelsh out of this pit and restore him to You washed and constantly made new by Your Word. Give him hope and purpose, guide his steps, help him to fill his days with reading the Bible, praying, spending time in a good Bible teaching church, and getting to know strong and loving Christian friends. Show him the way Lord, for Your glory, In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Father God I lift up Jason to you. Lord please give him the feeling of you close to him. Lord guide him in your truth. Bring the right people into his path to help him on his journey through the trauma that he is facing. Lord protect him and guide him. Fill him with your peace knowing how much you love him.
