Urgent! WATER DROPPING FROM MY CEILING!

I just realized that the water is dropping from the ceiling because my neighbour from upstairs is not cleaning a drain pipe of the balcony properly. Nobody is home, I checked it out, and nobody has the key. I have put a washbowl under the ceiling, but I am afraid that it will not be enough when I leave the house. Please pray that the water will go somewhere else, or that the neighbour comes home soon...or anything else that will solve the problem. My neighbour is a student and he does not care about important things, he smokes weeds, makes noise at night and we had already problems 3 years ago with water dropping. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP

1 hour later: Thank you guys for praying, the neighbour just woke up and I warned him about the drain pipe. He said he will clean the pipe, I hope the water will stop dropping soon. Pray that they will clean it regularly and start to be responsible to other people in the building concerning the noise to, because they learn at night and walk with noise through the apartment. Or smoking weed and having a party.
