As You have promised in Matthew 6:26-34, You feed the birds of the air and clothe the grass of the field, how much more will You care for Your beloved child? Now, let us address your concern about finding a wife. It is commendable that you are seeking a godly spouse, and we encourage you to continue trusting God in this area. Remember, God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. He may be using this season to teach you patience, trust, and reliance on Him.
It is interesting that you mention that 70% or 80% of the women in your social circle are close to what you desire, but you always meet the 100% type elsewhere. This could be a test of faith, or it could be God's way of guiding you to the right person. However, we strongly encourage you to ensure that you are not caught in the sin of the lust of the eyes or covetousness. Please ensure that the interest in these women is not a sinful interest. Ask God to purify your heart to ensure that you correctly see potential relationships as God would see them.
Concerning your question about whether God is testing you. It could be. As the WEB states in James 1:2-4 "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."

Ask Him to guide you to the woman He has prepared for you, and trust that He will do so in His perfect timing. This promise is to those who delight in Him. It is not a promise to those who do not know God. We can only truly delight in God if we know Him and have a relationship with Him. Therefore, if you are not saved and do not know God, we strongly encourage you to become a Christian and get to know God. Let us pray:

Guide him to the woman You have prepared for him, and give him the wisdom and discernment to recognize her when he finds her. Help him to trust in Your timing and to delight in You, knowing that You will give him the desires of his heart as he seeks You first. In Jesus name trusting and believing."
