PRAISE REPORT from ###

Hello!! I got the mediator's report back today! She recommended my daughter to go to my home school and that custody remain 50/50. If my ex-husband moves out of County as he requested, custody would be 72% with me and 28% with the father. Oh Praise the LORD!!!

Of some concern to me was that our court date isn't until July 24th, but handwritten above that was June 10, 2008, and I'm not aware of any other hearing except the July 24th hearing. I'm afraid my ex-husband has once again filed for an emergency hearing without properly notifying my attorney. Of course, it's after 5:00pm so my attorney is gone, so I won't have any answers until tomorrow or next week. Please pray for my nerves during this time and thank God for people like you who pray without ceasing!!
