Neighbour woke up - Water dropping from my ### ceiling

Thank you guys for praying, the neighbour just woke up (### pm !!) and I warned him about the drain pipe on the balcony. He said he will clean the pipe, I hope the water will stop dropping soon. Pray that they will clean it regularly and start to be responsible to other people in the building concerning the noise to, because they (### and ### - ###) study at night and walk with noise through the apartment. Or smoking weed and having party.
