My office will be relocating to Jalan Ipoh after Chinese New Year 2013. I had tirelessly looking for an apartment at Jalan Ipoh. I need to stay nearby office in order to take care of my mother. Recently found one apartment which i liked very much, however the owner seemed to be not very responsive though i had paid for the initial deposit. Please pray that the owner's heart will be soften and will respond and proceed with the sale of his apartment to me soonest possible. Thank you. Happy New Year!!
