Lord I come before You standing on the solid truth of Your word for my brother in this matter, so that no harm shall come to him, for Your word says, (James 1:5) "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him." For Your word is clear on marriage and divorce Lord.
Malachi 2:16: “I hate divorce, says the LORD God of Israel.†According to the Bible, marriage is a lifetime commitment. “So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate†(Matthew 19:6)
And Pharisees came up and in order to test him asked, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife?†He answered them, “What did Moses command you?†They said, “Moses allowed a man to write a certificate of divorce and to send her away.†And Jesus said to them, “Because of your hardness of heart he wrote you this commandment. But from the beginning of creation, ‘God made them male and female.’ ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.†“Whoever divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery against her, and if she divorces her husband and marries another, she commits adultery.†—Mark 10:2-12
For a married woman is bound by law to her husband while he lives, but if her husband dies she is released from the law of marriage. Accordingly, she will be called an adulteress if she lives with another man while her husband is alive. But if her husband dies, she is free from that law, and if she marries another man she is not an adulteress. —Romans 7:2-3
To the married I give this charge (not I, but the Lord): the wife should not separate from her husband (but if she does, she should remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband), and the husband should not divorce his wife. To the rest I say (I, not the Lord) that if any brother has a wife who is an unbeliever, and she consents to live with him, he should not divorce her. If any woman has a husband who is an unbeliever, and he consents to live with her, she should not divorce him. For the unbelieving husband is made holy because of his wife, and the unbelieving wife is made holy because of her husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy. But if the unbelieving partner separates, let it be so. In such cases the brother or sister is not enslaved. God has called you to peace. —1 Corinthians 7:10-15
A wife is bound to her husband as long as he lives. But if her husband dies, she is free to be married to whom she wishes, only in the Lord.

Father, we know that You do not intend any of Your children to live in abuse, therefore You cover them with Your protection and separate them from the abuser. According to Your word, if the wife separates from the husband, she is to remain alone or only reconcile back to the husband. As long as he is living, she is not loosed to marry another. I pray first that You instill Your perfect truths into my brother so that he may not be led into untruths and made to stumble. Lord, You call us to be still and know that You are God, and to lift the wayward spouse, the spouse that is in captivity up before Your to be cleansed of all wickedness, to pray for change in him rather then take actions of change to released from him. Father, Your word says that if a man not commit a sin unto death, if we pray for him, You will give him life, eternal life. The unbelieving husband is made hoy because of this wife, and their child Bella is then sanctified. Father, let Amber not walk in any crooked places, make them straight before her Lord, so that she be directed in the straight and narrow paths to You, to Your truths and her precious daughter Bella remain sanctified through Christ.
I apply the blood of Jesus, the blood shed at the whipping post internally for Ambers iniquities and transgressions to Amber and Bella for their protection in this matter. I plead the blood of Jesus against any and all unclean spirits operating in this matter. I plead the blood of Jesus, against all lying and deceiving spirits in this situation. I plead the blood of Jesus against all spirits of false doctrine in this matter. I plead the blood of Jesus against all spirits of spiritual blindness in my brother and in Amber. I plead the blood of Jesus against any and all enabling or influencing spirits or persons that would lead my brother or Amber to commit unrighteousness before Your sight. I plead the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ against anything or anyone that would cause them to stumble in their walks with You. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ against any petitions in this matter that does not perfectly align with Your word and will in this situation. Father, Your will, and only Your perfect will be done in this marriage of Ambers. I plead the blood of Jesus over this covenant, over Amber, over Bella and over this wayward husband, sealing them in the protection of the blood, and I ask Lord, our Man of War, our consuming fire that goes out before Amber, to make this crooked place straight.
I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over my brother Sammy, and seal him in the protective blood of Christ that no unclean spirit, no person or thing would lead him off Your straight and narrow paths, I ask that You go before Sammy Father, like a Man of War, a consuming fire, and make all the crooked places straight. That You send Your Holy Spirit to intervene in this matter, to pierce the hearts of Sammy and Amber, and instill Your perfect will and truths into this matter. I ask that You send Your Holy Spirit to pierce the heart of this wayward husband and bring him into the light of the Lord Jesus Christ and that You make all his crooked places straight in You Lord, so that nothing tears asunder what You have joined together. There are no impossibilites with You Lord, and according to Your word and Your perfect will for marriages, You are more then able to turn this man around and save him, so this union become pleasing in Your sight and be all that You intended it to be. Bring this wayward husband to the salvation of Christ. Lord, make him a man like our brother Cesar here Lord, for we know the things Your pulled him out of and how Your transformed him into he is today. Lord nothing is impossible with You, absolutely nothing. You change the hearts of Kings, you channel their hearts like streams of water through Your hands directing them in the way that they should go. Father, channel every heart in this situation and direct each of their hearts in the way that they should go. Man may make his plans, but You direct his steps. Direct every step of every person in this situation Father, and let no step go astray of Your perfect will for this marriage and Amber and her daughter Bella, and for my brother Sammy and what Your perfect plans are for his life as well.
Father, let no man, no unclean spirit, no thing, no petiton hinder Your perfect will in the lives of Amber and Bella, and in the life of my brother Sammy. You take everything intended for harm and You use it for the good, make all crooked places straight now Lord, and loose Your word and Your perfect will into this situation. Close all doors that need to be closed, and open all doors that need to be opened in this situation Lord. Your perfect will be done. I praise You Father, I praise Your for Your word and Your promises and for keeping us, Your children on the straight and narrow paths to You. I praise You for the sacrifice of Your Son that set us free. I thank You Lord Jesus for all You took upon Yourself to set us free from the hand of enemy and sin. I praise You Father, I praise You Lord Jesus. Thank You Father God, thank You Lord Jesus, thank You Holy Spirit for operating in this matter now in all hearts concerned.
