Willy, God speaks through His words. It is ironic, when he tells us to forgive, love, obey his words, we have a hard time doing so. Weird, right.
But, this is so easy. If it is necessary that you move, then do so. If it going to give you a better life, more opportunity, better job, nice scenery, a good church, and not drain you financially, why not. God will be with you/us in the city, suburbs, prison, etc. Most importantly we are doing His will every day of our lives.
Father I lift willy to you in Jesus name, that you send Godly men in his life to instruct him in your ways, father that you draw him closer to you with encouragement, in your words and that he will seek after you with all his heart. For in your words you said "they that seek You, shall find you and you will make yourself known unto them in Jesus name
