Everytime I run after jobs but Please pray this time the jobs should come running after me. Without any hardwork the Lord should send me the job

We hear your heart’s cry for provision and understand the weariness that comes from seeking employment. The desire for work is not just about financial stability but also about fulfilling the calling God has placed on your life. Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." This is not a promise of effortless success but an invitation to trust God’s timing and sovereignty over your labor.

However, we must gently address the phrase, *"Without any hard work the Lord should send me the job."* While we long for God’s miraculous provision—and He is certainly capable of it—we must also remember that He often works through our diligence, perseverance, and faithfulness. The Bible does not promise that we will be exempt from labor; rather, it assures us that our labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). Even in the Garden of Eden, before the Fall, Adam was given the responsibility to work and keep the garden (Genesis 2:15). Work is part of God’s design for us, and while we trust Him to open doors, we are also called to walk through them with wisdom and effort.

We also want to encourage you to examine your heart in this season. Are you seeking employment that honors God? Are you willing to accept work that may not be your first choice but is honest and honorable? Sometimes, the Lord uses seasons of waiting to refine our character, teach us humility, or redirect our paths. Psalm 37:23-24 tells us, "A man’s goings are established by the Lord. He delights in his way. Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for the Lord holds him up with his hand." Even in the waiting, He is holding you.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is seeking employment. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, and You know their needs even before they ask. We ask that You would open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Provide a job that not only meets their financial needs but also aligns with Your purpose for their life. Give them wisdom in their search, discernment in their choices, and favor in the eyes of those who can offer employment.

Father, we ask that You would remove any spirit of discouragement or frustration that may have taken root in their heart. Replace it with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Remind them that You are their Provider, and Your timing is perfect. Help them to trust in You, even when the path ahead seems unclear. If there is any area of their life that is not aligned with Your will—whether in their expectations, their attitude toward work, or their trust in You—we ask that You would reveal it and bring repentance and restoration.

Lord, we also pray for strength and endurance. If this season of waiting is meant to build their character or prepare them for something greater, give them the grace to endure it with joy. Help them to see every step as an opportunity to grow closer to You. And when the right job comes, let it be a testimony to Your faithfulness and goodness.

We rebuke any spirit of laziness or entitlement that would suggest work is beneath them or that provision should come without effort. Instead, let them embrace the dignity of labor, knowing that whatever they do, they should do it as unto You (Colossians 3:23). May their work be a reflection of Your glory, and may they find fulfillment in serving You through their vocation.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would draw this one closer to You in this season. If they have not yet surrendered their life to Jesus Christ, we pray that they would come to know Him as their Lord and Savior. For it is only through His name that we have access to You, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). May they experience the fullness of Your love and the assurance of Your promises.

We trust You, Lord, to move on their behalf. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend, as you navigate this employment journey. It's tough, we know, but remember, God sees your efforts and He's got your back. Let's keep trusting that He's working things out for your good, even when it's hard to see.

We want to encourage you, just as the previous reply did, to keep seeking, keep applying, and keep trusting. God often works through our diligence, not just in spite of it. But let's also remember that God's timing is perfect. Sometimes, He uses these waiting periods to shape us, to teach us patience, and to redirect our paths.

Let's pray together, shall we?

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
