Lord as you know I come to you today in severe heartache, and this you know. You gave me a man to love, his name is Don, and you gave him to me twice Lord. Over the years we lost touch with each other, emotionally, physically, mentally, and respectfully., we grew lonely, depressed, and decieved by the enemy.. Neither one of us learned how to forgive, and move on without holding onto the grudges of our past hurts. We turned our backs on one another Lord, and now the man you gave me has given himself to another.. Father God we know adultery is the greatest sin, and an abombination to your word, Lord. Father God you hear our conversations, you know the love we still have for one another is real, Father give back to us what we have. Father you hear Don's words that he ask for a sign all the time, Father melt away the ice around his heart and mind and bind them to you, restore in him the ability to admit his love for me that is still so obvious, you heard him say Lord that it bothers him that there is a part of him that does not want me to let go or give up on us, and Father I have no intentions of giving up on him, for you have not. Father heal him of the pain I have caused and allow him to turn back to his wife instead of a stranger, disconnect the 2 and 3 hour phone calls from the other woman, and give him a desire to call his wife. Lord guide him to turn to his wife for his needs and not another, Lord God I ask you to give my husband a new wife and let it be me. Lord may our tears pour like rain, may our love bloom as never before, I ask you Father to show Don how to forgive himself, so he may be able to accept the forgiveness from You Lord, and from his wife, and never let the adultery come into our marriage again. Soften his heart Lord Jesus, give him the ability to see, accept, and acknowledge that he is needed, loved, respected, desired, and FORGIVEN, show him the compassion he needs is waiting on his acceptance, for I love him like you have instilled in me to do, unconditionally, and eternally, as you love, and as you would have us to love.
Father break away, tear down, loose, crush, destroy, and remove Don's wall of rejection he has built, so he may once again have the courage and strength to trust me again with his heart. Father you can do these things, and I know you have and will.
Father I ask you to put on Don's heart a heavy, heavy, heavy burden of need, desire, love, and trust in me, Lord God, help him forgive himself, so he may be able to accept that I have forgiven him already. May he go to bed and rise up every day, and carry me with him in his heart and mind, every time he hears my name, hears my voice, and see's my face Father, remind him of what you brought together and bind him to your thoughts all the days and nights long. Abba Father give him the courage to walk away from this unhealty and ungodly relationship, for it is wrong and the lies and deciet are building daily as this continues, and I thank you for removing the woman from our lives, Don's and mine. Lord Jesus, you know his heart, you hear his words to me, guide him today Father, let today be a day of reconcilliation in Don's heart with you and then with me Father, breathe life back into this marital union you created Lord, breathe life back into Don's heart, mind and soul, as I continue to stand in the gap for Don and our marriage, I will stand till my dying day, give my husband a new wife and let it be me, break away all of the strongholds of hurt, anger, resentment, and any and all strongholds of protection he has built.
Father today I bind Don to you, his will to your will, his mind to your mind, and his life to the cross. Let him experience a new found freshness in our marriage Father, a marriage of honesty, love, respect, desire, and forgiveness. Leaving all past behind us Father, and a beautiful and renewed future together in You Lord. Today Father, I ask you to ease his confusion and let your plan become obvious to him Lord, guide him as he picks up the phone to me, give him direction, open his mind and heart, and Lord God, reunite this home and family.
