i have two lumps in my mouth. they have grown and now i can't eat or speak clearly. i have no job or insurance, i'm broke and don't have a good relationship with family members. i only have 2 real friends. my life is so messed up. i've been suicidal this past year. i need help. please pray the lumps dissolve. i'm petrified. i'm not strong. i can't handle this.
