Lord please help me at work tomorrow and help my shin. I hurt it today because I tried to exercise and I am so out of shape. This is so sad. I used to be so fit and now I am extremely out of shape and need to lose weight once and for all. Please help me overcome my food obsession and take interest in exercise.
