God, I pray you see and hear me now: I am threatened with eviction of my home, the bills are piling up because I decided to make a better life for my son and I by going back to school to be a medical assistant. I went to part time at a job I've been at for almost ### years and I am so stressed that I lashed out at a good friend that I love and may have lost a good friend. Please pray I receive forgiveness, a better job while I'm going to school and the funds to pay my rent.

This hits so very close to home. I, too, went back to school (Respiratory Therapy) to better the outlook for my family's financial future. Our vehicle broke down the last week of school, I trusted a thief, who never fixed it, and my savings dwindled. We, too, have the same bleak outlook, eviction, utilities shut off. I know a merciful God would not fail in His promises, (Phil. 4:19 - But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.) yet my flesh cries out in pain and anger at those who don't seem to understand what it was I was trying to accomplish by getting myself through school, and at those who are able to help but didn't believe in my plan for my family.

I pray that we both can overcome this financial hardship, find the work/finish our credentials and show the world what God can do. Perhaps doors are closed right now, and people have failed, but God never fails. (Psalms 136)
