For discernment in the direction God would have me to take as far as employment and financial obligations left by my husband, who filed for a divorce. For a while, now, I have been praying for my husband's return and am losing hope that he will do so. If this is not to be, then I pray that God will provide for me and direct me in his paths. My son, who is with my husband, was not allowed to be with me or my family during Christmas or any of the holidays and this boy had no tree, no stocking, and no church services. I continue to pray that the courts will send him to live with me, since there is no current court order and my husband simply took him, knowing that I was trying to respect him as the head of our family. For God's help and strength to get through this, for a happy marriage and family, at some point in my life, I pray in the name of Jesus.

Please reassure her when she sees a thousand fall on her right side and ten thousand at her left; help her to know that if she follows You, it will not happen to her (see Ps. 91:7). Hide her under your protective wings.

Help her to find the narrow path that will lead her to life, the abundant life you have for her and for her family. Lord, I pray for a testimony that you can use for Your glory when this troubled or broken marriage is healed and restored! We will give You all the honor and the glory. Amen.
